Neil leads HVM Catapult in defining areas of strategic priority, corporate development and market development.
He joined HVM Catapult in September 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) from the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC).
Neil was Research and Technology Director at Goodrich Engine Control Systems and Business Growth Director at Aero Engines Controls before joining the MTC as Strategic Development Director, a position he held for over 10 years. He was also a board member for the Midlands Aerospace Alliance.
