Rob Shaw is Chief of Staff for Innovate UK (IUK), the UK innovation agency, where he previously held the role of Finance Director. Prior to joining IUK, Rob held senior roles within the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and across HM Treasury. The board appointment of Rob Shaw is made by Innovate UK in collaboration with HVM Catapult. HVM Catapult is established and supported by IUK. It is standard practice for an IUK representative to sit on the Catapult boards.
