Kathy Callaghan, Independent Non-Executive Director and Board member

Kathy brings extensive governance expertise across listed companies, private entrepreneurial environments, and charities. Her executive career includes serving as Group HR Director at Rotork Plc, where she was a member of the Executive Team and ESG Board Committee, leading global HR, communications, and external affairs. She has also held senior leadership roles at Dyson, Vodafone, and Lloyds Banking Group.

With more than 13 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, Kathy has also contributed at senior levels in the medical, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has been recognised by HR Magazine for her significant contributions to the profession.
