Kathy Callaghan, Independent Non-Executive Director and Board member

Kathy Callaghan is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Independent Non-Executive Director and Board member for the HVM Catapult.  Kathy is an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director with a focus on remuneration, people and culture, and ESG. She currently sits on the board of RLC Aerospace as their Chair of Remuneration Committee and previously sat on the Boards of Epwin Group Plc and Tetbury Hospital. Kathy joined HVM Catapult as a Non-Executive Director in April 2025. With previous experience in executive roles in global engineering and manufacturing organisations including Rotork Plc and Dyson, Kathy also brings governance expertise across listed companies, private businesses, and charities. Kathy is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
