New technology and processes promise to revolutionise the way we make products, while consumer demands are changing, with an increasing focus on goods that are sustainably manufactured and protect our planet.
We also need to build our national resilience on everything from energy to pharmaceuticals.
The High Value Manufacturing Catapult’s priority programme areas will support national efforts to manage these challenges by helping industry evolve too. Supported by Innovate UK we work with our partners to tackle the big issues facing UK manufacturing.
Our six innovation centres, located nationwide, are the hubs for our expertise and technology. They bring together more than 3,500 experts across a range of disciplines to help individual businesses and supply chains compete and grow in domestic and global markets.
